Congo Bar


250g butter - melted

1 cups brown sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 cups flour

1 1/2 rolled oats

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 cup chopped compound chocolate

Mix in butter and sugar then add in egg one after another while mixing is on.

Put in flour that you had pre-sieve with baking powder followed bu oats, milk and lastly .. the chocolate.

Stri well with wooden spatula.

Pour into 13x9inch baking pan (standard size pan). Bake till done.
