Lemak Cili Api Udang dan Cendawan



Main:
300 g fresh shrimp
300 g oyster mushroom
500 ml thick santan
salt

Paste ingredients:
bird chiiles
unions
fresh tumeric

Steps:
pound all pasted ingredients finely.
Place in a pot. Pour in half of coconut milk, stir on fire until it boil up. I prefer to do this steps to ensure chilly in well cooked into a gravy. Add in slat. followed by shrimps and shredded  mushrooms at once when  gravy is boiling. Lastly add pin the other half of coconut milk. Simmer to boil and stir occasionally until done.
