Steamed Almond Brownie
Bahan-bahan ( loyang 10x10x1 inc. ) 200 g butter 200g dark chocolate compound - finely chopped. 170 g flour 30 g cocoa powder 1/4 trp baking soda; 1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda 4 egg 170 g castor sugar 70 gr almond nib Cara-cara -dissolve butter and chocolate by double boil method. -Sieve flour and cocoa powder with SB and BP. -Whisk eggsand sugar untill creamy then add in flour. Pour chocolate mix and mix well. -Steam in a prepared steamer until it's done. Cool off and garnish with ganache, nuts etc
