Stuffed Capsicum / Tomato

4 capsicum
250 gm minced meat
4-5 bulb garlic - crushed
1 tsp black pepper - crush
1 tsp white pepper
2 tsp oregano
salt to taste
1 bulb big union - chopped
1 tsbp olive oil
Mixed all the ingredients with minced meat.
Poke off the capsicum stem from top with tip of small knife and remove the seed carefully. Keep the stem as a cover. You may also use other fruity veggies like I do for tomatoes here.
Fill up meat onto it and cover with stem. Bath with olive oil, then wrap in aluminium foil. Bake with medium heat for 1 hour.

Apa pun boleh saja Min, kawan sebenar dia garlic bread, sup cendawan dan pasta. Tapi cikMilah makan dgn nasi juga. Hubby suka cicah sos!

Wow, sedopnya stuff bell peppers... Kat sini bell peppers berbagai warna, ada orange, ada yellow... purple pun ada.. Hehe!

Saya suka sangat resepi2 macam ni..senang nak masak..one dish pun dah kenyang..sesuai sgt utk orang yang tak berapa suka spent bnyk masa kat dapur. Makan pun senang.
